Our Soft Play areas, also known as Kids Corners, are suitable for children aged 1 and up. They feature foam play equipment, ball pits, toddler-friendly slides and a variety of fun activities. The most suitable setup depends on each child's age, size and abilities. For older children, inflatable castles and interactive games can also be added where appropriate.
It depends on the package. As a guide, our Soft Play setups generally require around 22 to 30 m². Our Mini Kids Park requires approximately 22 m², while our Maxi and Royal configurations require more space. You can send us the dimensions or a photo of your venue and we will recommend the most suitable setup.
It depends on the size of the setup and the children's ages. As a guide, our Mini Kids Park can accommodate approximately 15 children, our Maxi Kids Park around 20 to 25 children, and our Royal Kids Park approximately 25 to 30 children. We can recommend the appropriate Soft Play setup based on your guest list, children's ages and available space. These figures are indicative and must respect the capacity limits of each piece of equipment.
Most of our inflatable castles are suitable for children approximately 2 to 9 years old, depending on the model. Each structure also has its own capacity and maximum weight limit. Tell us the children's ages when requesting a quote and we will recommend the most suitable option.
For most of our inflatable castles, we recommend around 4 to 5 children at the same time on the inflatable area. The exact capacity depends on the model, the children's ages and the manufacturer's weight limit. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Yes. Several of our inflatable castles can be installed indoors in houses, event halls, restaurants and other venues, provided there is enough floor space and ceiling height. Send us the dimensions of your venue and we can confirm which models will fit.
The required ceiling height depends on the inflatable you choose. You need enough height for the structure itself as well as sufficient safety clearance above and around it. If you are unsure, send us your venue's ceiling height before booking and we will confirm which models are suitable.
The equipment should be installed on a clean, stable and sufficiently level surface. Depending on the equipment and location, installation may be possible on different types of flooring. Let us know whether the event is on grass, concrete, tiles or another surface so we can confirm the appropriate setup.
Yes. Inflatable structures use an electric blower that must remain switched on throughout the entire period of use. An appropriate and accessible power outlet is therefore required near the installation area.
Potentially, yes. Some of the equipment can be bulky, so we check stairs, lifts, corridors, building access and parking conditions before confirming the installation. Please let us know if your event is upstairs or if there are any particular access constraints. Additional charges may apply depending on access requirements.
Installation time depends on the equipment booked. A single structure can be installed relatively quickly, while a complete Soft Play Kids Corner or a setup involving several pieces of equipment takes longer. We agree the arrival and installation time with you in advance so everything is ready before your guests arrive.
Soft Play is a children's play area featuring foam modules, ball pits and low-level motor skills activities, suitable for children aged 1 and up depending on the equipment. Inflatable castles focus more on jumping, sliding and active play. Our Kids Park packages can also include smaller inflatable castles. For events with different age groups, both types of activities can be combined.
For mixed-age events, we often recommend combining different activities. Younger children can enjoy the foam play equipment and ball pits in our Soft Play areas, while older children use age-appropriate inflatable castles or interactive games. Tell us the number of children, their ages and your available space and we will recommend an appropriate setup.
Yes. Many events combine several activities, including Soft Play Kids Corners, inflatable castles, ball pits, our Bubble House, arcade games and other entertainment. This is particularly useful for larger events or when children of different ages are attending. Tell us your budget, available space and number of children and we will help you build a suitable package.
Jump’In Paris caters for many types of events including birthdays, christenings, weddings, family celebrations, private events and corporate events involving children. We adapt the size and content of our Soft Play Kids Corners and other event setups to the venue, number of children and type of event.
Safety always comes first. Outdoor installations may need to be cancelled or adapted when weather conditions make the equipment unsafe to use, particularly in strong winds, thunderstorms or other unsuitable conditions. Where possible, an indoor setup may be considered instead.
Yes, a security deposit may be required depending on the equipment booked. The amount is communicated when your booking is confirmed. Rental payment is made according to the payment arrangements confirmed with you. Part of the security deposit may be retained in case of damage, missing equipment or exceptionally dirty equipment requiring additional cleaning.
Jump’In Paris is based in Carrières-sur-Seine, in the Yvelines (78), and offers delivery and installation of Soft Play Kids Corners and other event equipment across Paris and the wider Île-de-France (Greater Paris) region, depending on the booking and location. Individual inflatable castle rentals are available for collection only (click & collect) from Carrières-sur-Seine, without delivery.
